1. Who we are

Isalo Sweden AB (“PromptsPilot”), Liljevägen 4, 181 28 Lidingö, Sweden, org no 559508 9854. PromptsPilot provides an AI powered research service.

2. Data we handle ⟶ reason

Account – name, email, password ‖ run & secure the Service
Content – lists, prompts, schedules, uploads ‖ generate your requested output only
Usage – IP, device, clicks ‖ guard against abuse & improve features (aggregated / anonymised)
Payment – tokenised card, VAT #, billing address ‖ charge fees & meet tax / finance duties
Marketing choice – opt in box ‖ send updates when permitted

Legal bases: contract, legitimate interest or consent, as recognised by GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, PIPEDA, PDPA and similar laws.

3. Sharing & transfers

We share data only with trusted providers that support the Service (e.g. cloud hosting, payment processing, AI APIs, analytics). Data may travel outside your country; when it does, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards plus encryption in transit and at rest.

4. Cookies & AI

Where required by law we show a consent banner for optional cookies; essential cookies run regardless to keep you signed in. Prompts you send to our models live only briefly in memory and are not used to train them. AI generated output can be wrong—always verify before relying on it.

5. Your choices & rights

You may exercise the rights your local law grants (e.g., access, correction, deletion, objection). We may refuse or charge a reasonable fee for requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive where local law allows. Opt out of marketing via the unsubscribe link or by emailing support@promptspilot.com.

6. Security & retention

We secure data with TLS encryption, strict access controls and routine security testing. We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or to satisfy legal / accounting duties, after which it is deleted or irreversibly anonymised on a rolling schedule. Encrypted back ups are rotated in line with our internal policy.

7. Regional notes (snapshot)

California (CCPA/CPRA): We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as defined by the CCPA. If that changes, a Do Not Sell/Share link will appear.
Brazil (LGPD): Our encarregado is reachable at support@promptspilot.com.
UK GDPR: If we lack a UK establishment, we will appoint an Article 27 representative before serving UK customers.
Australia (APP 1.4): Primary hosting is in the EEA; a current list of overseas locations is available on request.
India (DPDP): Concerns may be escalated to our grievance officer at support@promptspilot.com; we respond within statutory deadlines.
Canada (PIPEDA): We observe the 10 Fair Information Principles.

Local law prevails where it differs.
